E2CR, Inc. is a certified Minority-Owned (MBE) engineering and construction firm, established in 1993. E2CR specializes in geotechnical engineering, geotechnical drilling, hazardous waste sampling and testing, construction inspection, and geotechnical testing with an in-house soil and concrete laboratory. We have completed over 1,000 projects in MD, DE, PA, VA, and DC. As a firm we are focused on providing specialized consulting, design, and drilling services to our clients. With a strong history of experience specific to the Mid-Atlantic region E2CR, Inc. has continually brought cost-effective, conscientious, and modern solutions to our clients.
